Own the reliability of chain infrastructure carrying regulated money for institutions that hold it to the highest possible standard. Define service levels, set error budget policy, and hold the authority to stop a release when the budget is spent. Build and lead the engineering team that runs it.

Requirements
- Led site reliability or production engineering where failure had consequences
- Run error budgets in practice, including stopping a release and defending the call
- Honest experience of continuous coverage, understanding burnout factors and sustainable rotations
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with Terraform
- Experience debugging an observability stack
- Experience with blockchain nodes in production (useful, not essential)
- Experience in banking, payments, or a regulated environment (useful, not essential)
