About the Role
The Private Markets Fundraising Execution & Campaign Manager oversees the end-to-end execution of private markets fundraising campaigns, acting as a central coordination point between various departments to ensure efficient and scalable delivery. This role enables sales professionals to focus on client engagement by providing necessary information, materials, processes, and infrastructure for successful campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of multiple concurrent private markets fundraising campaigns, tracking key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Develop and maintain campaign plans, timelines, and governance frameworks for efficient fundraising execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Distribution, Investments, Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Operations.
- Identify execution risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, escalating issues and facilitating resolution.
- Coordinate the development, maintenance, and distribution of investor-facing materials, due diligence content, and sales collateral.
- Manage due diligence processes, maintain investor data rooms, and ensure timely responses to investor requests.
- Drive process optimization through technology, automation, and workflow improvements.
- Build stakeholder relationships, serve as a central coordination point for fundraising activity, and facilitate governance meetings.
- Ensure accountability for deliverables.
Requirements
- Experience within private markets, asset management, or fundraising with an understanding of complex investment environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools, automation platforms, and digital workflows to improve productivity and streamline processes.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve information management.
- Proven organizational, program management, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Ability to build effective relationships and communicate confidently with stakeholders across multiple functions and seniority levels.
- Influence outcomes and drive collaboration.
- Champion continuous improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Drive operational efficiencies through best-practice ways of working.
- Demonstrate knowledge of private markets fundraising, institutional investor due diligence, alternative investment products, CRM and fundraising technologies, investor data rooms, and fund launch or capital-raising activities.
