About the Role

As a representative of ISJ, you will thoroughly prepare, accurately grasp customer needs, and correctly communicate ISJ policies. You will be responsible for a deep understanding of ISJ service contract (ULSA) details and internal approval/operational processes. This role involves developing and executing action plans to achieve sales targets, driving contract negotiations, and providing post-contract follow-up. You will collaborate closely with all company levels and relevant departments (Sales Ops, Field Service, Legal, Finance, etc.) to promote and manage contracts. You will lead the resolution of complex, cross-departmental issues and engage in constructive, proactive discussions with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Thorough preparation, customer needs assessment, and ISJ policy communication.
  • Explanation and operation of service contract details and operational processes.
  • Leading contract proposals, execution, renewals, and after-sales service.
  • Clarifying contract requirements and promoting efficiency in contract operations through collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Rapid negotiation and agreement on discounts and special conditions.
  • Analysis of processes and issues, and devising cross-functional solutions.
  • Internal approval (resolution) processes, compliance checks, and document creation.
  • Contract schedule management and deadline adherence.
  • Building and maintaining trust with customer departments, and submitting regular progress and improvement reports.

Requirements

  • Native-level Japanese proficiency.
  • Negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to independently lead complex, cross-departmental tasks and maintain excellent communication with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to implement clear and impactful communication with various levels, including management.
  • Independent decision-making and problem-solving abilities that contribute to business priorities.
  • Proactively drive knowledge sharing and business improvement activities.
