The project "Brücken bauen" (Building Bridges) focuses on hard-to-reach adolescents and adults, using outreach counseling and intensive relationship building to reconnect them with the support system and professional prospects.

Responsibilities

Outreach work, including streetwork possibilities
Intensive relationship building
Individual counseling and group activities
Anamnesis, support planning, and reporting
Supporting the target group in developing viable professional prospects
Referral counseling and collaboration with the support system
Accompanying clients to appointments and assisting with applications
Independent work and contribution to project development

Requirements

At least one year of professional experience working with young people
Experience with streetwork / outreach social work is desirable
