About the Role
As a Restaurant Receptionist, you’re not just handling restaurant booking inquiries – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from guests and team members
- Secure restaurant bookings: Convert guest inquiries into confirmed reservations and handle special requests
- Maintain attention to detail: Record and process all reservations with accuracy, including guest name, contact info, and special requests
- Use proactive selling techniques: Maximize restaurant sales by promoting special menus, events, or dining experiences
