About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated professional to conduct coaching sessions for our participants, who are primarily job-seeking academics and individuals from diverse professional backgrounds. In addition to coaching, you will contribute to the coordination, quality assurance, and development of our coaching processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct demanding individual coaching sessions independently.
- Manage and coordinate selected coaching processes.
- Support the scheduling and professional alignment of coaches.
- Ensure quality and control of coaching measures.
- Participate in the further development of our coaching services and processes.
- Implement and ensure relevant framework conditions and quality standards.
- Document according to AZAV and our quality management.
- Develop and organize accompanying training offers.
Requirements
- Completed university degree and several years of experience in coaching or career counseling.
- Experience in publicly funded education and coaching is desirable.
- Enjoyment of challenging coaching processes and working with diverse individuals.
- Independent, structured, and responsible work style.
- Strong communication skills, as well as an appreciative and solution-oriented attitude.
- Ideally, knowledge of AZAV and the corresponding reporting system.
