About the Role
As a Kfz Schnellservice Monteur (m/w/d), you will perform essential tasks related to car service and vehicle maintenance in a workshop environment. This role offers opportunities for career development and internal training.
Responsibilities
- Perform tire changes on vehicles of all brands.
- Conduct oil changes, bulb replacements, and battery replacements.
- Support in express service and basic maintenance tasks.
- Gradually build technical knowledge and practical skills.
Requirements
- Manual dexterity and enjoyment of practical work.
- Entry without formal training is possible.
- Practical experience as a tire fitter, workshop employee, workshop assistant, or car service mechanic is beneficial.
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and teamwork skills are essential for workshop operations.
- Physical resilience (standing and walking up to 8 hours/day).
- Class B driver's license is desirable but not mandatory.
- First German language skills and a valid work and residence permit are welcome.
