About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Sales (Field Application Engineer) to promote and sell our main products, metal foil resistors (highest precision resistors) and standard resistors. You will leverage your technical knowledge to provide proposals, support, and after-sales service to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales activities through customer visits and regular communication to understand needs and propose appropriate products and services.
  • Develop new markets and new customers.
  • Conduct marketing and market research.
  • Engage in advertising and promotional activities, including exhibitions.
  • Prepare reports on customer visits and submit them.
  • Create sales plans and prepare proposals and quotations based on customer requirements.
  • Provide technical support during product implementation and troubleshooting, coordinating with the Akita factory's technical department.
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize transactions, including price and contract terms.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Department's Customer Service team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Physics.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales or technical experience in semiconductors or electronic components.
  • Communication skills to understand customer needs and make appropriate proposals.
  • Proficiency in PC operations (Word, Excel, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license.
