About the Role
As a proud brand ambassador, you will ensure the best possible occupancy rate for the 25hours Hotel Bikini Berlin. This role requires a strong sense for business, customer interaction, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador for 25hours Hotels, building strong relationships with customers.
- Manage the Corporate & MICE segments and secure new deals.
- Develop creative sales strategies and increase business volume by identifying market trends and opportunities.
- Independently coordinate daily tasks, maintaining composure under pressure.
- Organize site inspections, fam trips, and client events.
- Conduct calling campaigns with personal follow-ups.
- Respond effectively to client inquiries.
- Collaborate with the international sales team and Head of Sales to align efforts with team goals.
Requirements
- Professional experience in a similar sales role.
- Proficiency in German and English.
- Ability to inspire people with the hotel concept.
- Passionate sales personality.
- Proactive and accountable ('doer' mentality).
