About the Role
As a Renewal Manager at Ripple Treasury, you will oversee the full lifecycle of customer contracts, from drafting and negotiation through execution, compliance, and renewal. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure contractual obligations align with business goals and client expectations, playing a critical role in mitigating risk, ensuring compliance, and supporting revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, amendments, and renewals.
- Collaborate with Implementation, Account Managers, and Customer Success to ensure contract terms align with operational capabilities and client requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries and escalations.
- Maintain and improve contract templates, processes, and policies to ensure consistency and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Support internal stakeholders with guidance on contractual obligations and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation in the contract management system.
- Participate in quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions with internal teams and clients.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve contract efficiency and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or a related field.
- Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise software environments preferred.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, contract law, and negotiation strategies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite.
