About the Role

Evident is an intelligence platform that benchmarks and tracks AI adoption across the financial services sector. The Client Delivery team is responsible for delivering bespoke benchmarking analysis to clients and shaping the strategy of our benchmarking products.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare content for clients by leveraging data and insights from the Index, Data and Intelligence teams to produce bespoke analysis.
  • Apply analytical rigor to content preparation by interpreting data, developing insights, and identifying strengths and opportunities.
  • Develop expertise in how AI is used in financial services, including up-to-date examples of case studies and impact.
  • Support client management across the lifecycle, from onboarding through all deliverables and touchpoints within the year.
  • Lead recurrent client touchpoints and support team members in presenting benchmarking content to clients.
  • Support the development of existing product sets and new offerings by sharing client feedback to aid Index evolution.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience, ideally in strategy consulting, financial services, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in producing strategic, analytical content for clients using data and insights.
  • Ability to proactively identify client needs and opportunities to deliver exceptional value.
  • Attention to detail and highly organized, capable of managing multiple clients and deadlines concurrently.
  • Proven experience of working effectively with a range of cross-functional team members.
  • Proactive approach, taking ownership without being asked.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, communicating concisely and effectively with stakeholders.
  • Understanding of AI applications in large-scale organizations, particularly within the Financial Services industry.
