About the Role
As a Senior Manager in Client Delivery, you will lead a team applying strategic thinking and analytical rigor to deliver bespoke AI benchmarking analysis to clients, shaping their AI strategies and ensuring high client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 1-4 people serving top-tier global clients, providing guidance on client management, analysis, storytelling, and presentation development.
- Own client relationships for complex clients, acting as a trusted advisor and translating data into business recommendations.
- Independently lead key client touchpoints, including executive-level presentations and regular check-ins.
- Produce bespoke client analysis by leveraging data and insights from internal teams.
- Apply analytical rigor to content preparation, interpreting data, developing insights, and identifying client strengths and opportunities.
- Develop deep expertise in AI applications within financial services, including case studies and impact.
- Support product development by sharing client feedback and providing input on practical improvements.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience, ideally in strategy consulting, financial services, or a similar role.
- Team management experience, including managing high-performing teams and upskilling them.
- Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to lead senior stakeholder meetings and articulate clear messages.
- Proven experience in producing strategic, analytical content for clients through data and insights.
- Ability to proactively identify client needs and opportunities to deliver exceptional value.
- Attention to detail and highly organized, capable of managing multiple clients and deadlines.
- Collaborative with proven experience working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and takes ownership without being asked.
- Understanding of Financial Services, with a focus on Banking and Payments.
- Understanding of AI applications in large-scale organizations, particularly within Financial Services.
