About the Role

Develop and implement growth and revenue strategies for mid-sized and large national strategic key accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, identify opportunities for account expansion, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand mid-sized and large national strategic key accounts.
  • Identify stakeholders and map sales processes for effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Explore and cultivate new business opportunities within existing mid-sized and large national strategic key accounts.
  • Ensure offers, contract terms, and pricing align with Essity's product and pricing strategy and benefit the customer.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty and position Essity as a trusted strategic partner.
  • Motivate and support sales teams with best practices and compelling business cases combining product arguments and financial aspects to illustrate business impact for customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and position products against competitors.
  • Understand customer needs and problems through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Account Management, Controlling, Commercial Development, and Marketing to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction, taking responsibility for strategic customer plans.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed a degree in business administration.
  • Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in the healthcare sector.
  • Sound knowledge in sales, marketing, finance, and project management.
  • Strong communication and social skills, as well as a confident demeanor.
  • Strong analytical skills, high goal orientation, reliability, and persuasiveness.
  • Ability to communicate authentically at all hierarchical levels and with diverse target groups.
  • Ability to successfully manage complex networks.
  • Very good English language skills for participation in international projects.
  • Valid driver's license class B.
