About the Role
Support the business by developing strong expertise in online gambling legislation across multiple markets and applying it to day-to-day operations. Execute the compliance monitoring programme, compile and submit regulatory reports, and act as a trusted escalation point for regulatory compliance matters.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain knowledge of online gambling legislation and regulations for multiple markets.
- Execute the compliance monitoring programme, report findings, and maintain a risk register.
- Compile and submit compliance-related reports, requests for information, consultations, and notifications to regulatory authorities.
- Represent the business at conferences and workshops.
- Deliver and maintain regulatory compliance policies and procedures.
- Manage internal and external compliance audits, tracking findings and remediation actions.
- Maintain relationships with third-party providers of operational services.
- Act as an escalation point for regulatory compliance matters, providing advice.
- Assess regulatory risk and maintain a risk register.
- Support the Regulatory Compliance Manager and work with Senior Regulatory Compliance Officers.

- Proven ability to convey regulatory requirements clearly and effectively.
- Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of on-time delivery.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities.
- In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types, and market trends (desirable).
- Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations (desirable).
- Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions (desirable).
- Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies (desirable).
