Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet customers, understand their needs, and direct them appropriately.

  • Evangelize the brand's products and services.
  • Lead community education programming and workshops.
  • Drive a memorable consumer experience by promoting mobile devices, wearables, and other electronics.
  • Deliver transformational experiences by helping consumers discover how products can enrich their lives.
  • Contribute to a vibrant store culture through charisma, passion, and skills.
  • Guide consumers of varying experience levels to try devices and technology products.
  • Handle multiple consumers and tasks while maintaining composure and customer service.
  • Assist consumers in signing up for and utilizing products, creating delightful interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with management and peers to ensure the best consumer experience.
  • Showcase key features and benefits, sell products, assist with devices, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Serve as the brand's advocate, building brand awareness through consumer interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date on brand and competitive technology.
  • Maintain working knowledge of policies and procedures to uphold presentation standards and protect company assets.
  • Work independently and in a team environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of retail experience.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills for one-on-one or group interactions.
  • Ability to demonstrate effective decision-making, reasoning, and problem-solving skills with professional judgment.
  • Friendly, helpful, and engaging demeanor.
  • Ability to understand and define specific customer needs and interests.
  • Ability to promote excitement around brand ownership and build customer loyalty.
  • Maintain knowledge of all brand products to be a subject matter expert.
  • Complete required training on current and upcoming products.
  • Ensure all designated KPIs are met or exceeded, including product training requirements.
  • Exhibit professional behaviors in daily interactions.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic attitude with friendly, positive interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to set up customer devices based on individual usage needs and interests.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with customer device software, features, and functionality with patience.
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week or more.
  • Flexible to work any day of the week on a two-week rotating schedule.
  • Occasionally work additional hours beyond normal schedule during peak workload demands.
