About the Role
Join 7-Eleven as an Associate Store Leader and gain the operational foundations and leadership capability needed to eventually run your own store. This full-time role offers hands-on experience in all aspects of store performance with dedicated coaching from a Store Manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day store operations and customer service
- Support inventory, merchandising and store presentation
- Maintain high levels of safety and food safety
- Help drive store performance and implement promotions
- Step up in the absence of the Store Manager
Requirements
- Retail or hospitality experience
- A passion for leading and supporting teams
- Strong communication and a proactive mindset
- The desire to take the next step into leadership
