About the Role
Accelerate the commercialization, adoption, and utilization of Smith+Nephew’s first-to-market spatial surgery platform, TESSA. This role involves market development, customer engagement, opportunity creation, pipeline management, and sales execution across a defined geographic region. You will be responsible for business planning to exceed revenue and sales targets, building a healthy sales pipeline, training and certifying surgeons, staff, and reps, and ensuring flawless trial preparation, execution, and customer onboarding from clinical and technical perspectives. The role reports directly to the Area Vice President of Sales – Service & Enabling Technology.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience
- Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders, including surgeons, administrators, and executives
- Must successfully complete credentialling process, which often includes COVID 19 vaccine management
