About the Role
Support Supply Chain Governance by analyzing business performance, financial metrics, operational KPIs, and engineering data to drive strategic decision-making, cost optimization, and continuous business improvement.
Responsibilities
- Analyze operational and financial performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Monitor business KPIs, budgets, and cost trends across supply chain operations.
- Perform variance analysis between planned and actual performance.
- Support preparation of monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Develop KPI scorecards and business performance reports.
- Prepare professional reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Support cost analysis across logistics, procurement, inventory, and operational activities.
- Track project budgets and expenditure against approved plans.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support implementation of improvement initiatives.
- Assist in financial forecasting and budget planning.
- Support management with strategic planning activities through business analysis and data-driven recommendations.
- Perform root cause analysis for business issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Support ad-hoc management requests related to supply chain, finance, and operational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related Engineering discipline.
- MBA in Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Analytics is preferred.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, reporting).
- Strong presentation skills using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP ERP or equivalent ERP systems.
- Knowledge of financial analysis and budgeting concepts.
- 3–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Finance, Supply Chain, or Operations.
- Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, or cost control is preferred.
- Exposure to manufacturing or automotive industries will be an advantage.
