About the Role

Responsibilities
- Infrastructure-as-Codeを用いてパブリッククラウド環境およびアカウントベンディングサービスを設計し、業界標準のベストプラクティスに従って構築・運用する
- セキュリティチームおよびFinOpsチームと密接に連携しながら、クラウドインフラを監視・ガバナンスするための適切なツールを選定・導入・提案する
- 既存のコードベースおよびデプロイパイプラインをレビューし、改善・維持する
- データストレージ、ネットワーキング、コンピュート性能など、インフラに関するニーズや課題に対してエンジニアリングチームを支援する
- Jira Service ManagementおよびAtlassian Cloud organizationの設計、設定およびエスカレーションへの対応の実施
- ジュニアメンバーをメンタリングし、コーチングおよびサポートを行う

Requirements
- コンピュータサイエンス、テクノロジー、工学、数学系の学士号、またはそれに相当する実務経験
- Python、Go、Java、JavaScript、Shellなどのいずれかの言語でのコーディング経験
- AWSまたはGCP上に構築されたソリューションおよびネットワークの設計・デプロイ・運用経験
- パブリッククラウド環境やGitHubなどのツールのガバナンス経験
- 要件を分析し、定型業務を自動化するためのソリューションを設計・実装できる能力
- オートメーション、アプリケーション／プラットフォーム管理、パフォーマンス評価やモニタリングなど、プラットフォームエンジニアリング（および／またはSRE）に関連する分野への強い関心
- 英語での会話・文書作成能力
