About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for inbound/outbound operations and Amazon-related warehouse operations. You will lead the team to promote operational efficiency, appropriate staffing, workflow optimization, and maintenance of a safe working environment, contributing to stable logistics operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize overall warehouse operations.
- Manage work plans and staffing for productivity improvement.
- Liaise with internal departments such as Retail Operations, Procurement, and Health & Safety, as well as external partners.
- Promote operations in compliance with safety standards and maintain a zero-accident workplace.
- Measure the effectiveness of implemented measures and promote continuous improvement activities.
- Research and utilize the latest technologies and best practices in warehouse, logistics, and supply chain fields.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations or supply chain management, including inventory management in a warehouse environment handling high-volume inventory with numerous SKUs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues and develop/execute practical, data-driven solutions.
- Team management experience, including coaching, training, and developing team members.
- Experience managing distribution and logistics operations for multiple retail stores.
- Proven ability to manage work priorities, projects, and schedules in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve results.
- Proactive and flexible approach to work.
- English proficiency for email and chat communication with English-speaking colleagues.
