Provide technical expertise and support to building enclosure staff, oversee projects, review technical reports and proposals, and contribute to business development through client interactions.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and support to building enclosure staff within the region.
- Oversee projects.
- Perform technical report reviews.
- Prepare and review proposals.
- Engage in business development and assist other staff in marketing services by maintaining and developing client interactions.
- Lead and coach junior staff members.
- Perform responsibilities at the regional level.
Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant professional related experience.
- Candidates must hold senior reviewer or similar designation from a competitor firm.
Experience Level
- 12+ years of relevant professional related experience
Education Level
- BS or MS in Civil Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering preferred.
- Licensed or certified as Professional Engineer (P.E.).
- Licensed or certified as Registered Architect (R.A.).
- Licensed or certified as IIBEC offered RRC, RWC, REWC, RBEC, CBECxP.
- Licensed or certified as University of Wisconsin‐Madison offered BECxP and CxA+BE.
