About the Role
As an Integrated Supply Planner, you'll play a critical role in ensuring Asahi products are available when and where customers need them. Working across both Asahi and Woolworths teams, you'll manage purchase orders, monitor inventory, resolve supply challenges and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver industry-leading service levels. This role offers a blend of customer engagement, supply chain planning and problem solving in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage purchase orders and inventory levels within Woolworths systems
- Monitor stock availability and proactively minimise out-of-stocks
- Partner with Woolworths teams to support promotional and seasonal activity
- Investigate supply chain issues and coordinate solutions across the business
- Work closely with Distribution, Supply Planning, Demand Planning and Sales teams
- Identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency and customer outcomes
- Act as the key point of contact for Woolworths supply chain stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in Supply Chain, Customer Logistics, Inventory Management or Planning
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Customer-facing experience within a B2B environment
- FMCG, Retail, 3PL or Distribution experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capability
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Experience working with major retailers will be highly regarded
