About the Role
AtScale is the semantic layer for modern data and AI, bridging the gap between complex cloud data platforms and business users. We are seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to redefine business intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior post-sales technical leader for top enterprise customers.
- Ensure successful deployment, migration, and sustained value realization for customers.
- Act as the primary technical contact post-sale, monitoring system stability, performance, and scalability.
- Proactively lead technical escalations to resolution.
- Oversee complex implementations and migrations from legacy systems.
- Provide expert advice on semantic layer design, platform strategy, and AI enablement.
- Drive the usage of new capabilities and influence the product roadmap by representing field insights to Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Value quality over speed and are curious about using AI to improve efficiency.
- 7+ years of experience in Technical Account Management or Solutions Architecture.
- Deep knowledge of cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).
- Based in or able to work East Coast (ET) hours.
