About the Role
We are seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our collaborative team, focusing on our HR suite of products. This presales role involves working with internal teams and prospective clients to demonstrate how Rippling's platform can address HR and Payroll business challenges through strategic storytelling, live demos, and relationship-building. You will be part of a diverse Solutions Consulting team, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering. Rippling encourages employee input, offering opportunities to influence go-to-market strategy and contribute to product development.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Sales team to support and guide prospective clients during their Rippling evaluation journey
- Understand clients' goals and technical needs, and clearly communicate how Rippling can support them
- Lead technical demos and proof of concepts tailored to a customer’s business objectives
- Create and maintain engaging technical content that helps users succeed
- Provide product feedback that reflects the voice of the customer
- Become a trusted expert in the Rippling platform and understand competitive differentiators
- Contribute to building a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing Solutions Consulting team
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a presales or client-facing technical role, with expertise in HRIS or HCM systems
- Knowledge of payroll systems in Australia and New Zealand is a bonus
- Clear, confident communication and presentation skills—able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- A growth mindset, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit
- A proactive approach—you’re energised by a dynamic environment and love solving problems
- A degree or equivalent practical experience
