- Own the conceptualization, development and delivery of game publisher experiences at Evo.
- Define and document detailed product specifications for all ticket types, badge add-ons, and competitor entry tiers.
- Support the design, development, and execution of tournament structures, formats, rulesets, and logistics.
- Manage the tournament staffing pipeline.
- Drive coordination between Evo teams, tournament staff, broadcast production, and general event staff.
- Maintain product roadmaps, documentation, and reporting.
- Contribute to the design and templatization of product intake briefs, tournament design toolkits, and repeatable playbooks.
- Responsible for comprehensive post-event product reporting, engagement metrics, competitor sentiment, attendance data, and station throughput analysis.
- Analyze competitive trends, meta shifts, ruleset feedback, and post-event survey data.
- Collaborate with Evo teams to develop and execute unique event formats.
- Integrate seamlessly with Evo’s global partners, including game publishers.
- Work closely with Production, Operations, and Creative teams to deliver activations and new experiences.
- Work closely with other product teams to collate, analyse and present business insights and data.
- Collaborate with Evo teams to ideate, define, and refine new Evo products.
- Oversee the on-the-ground execution of tournament products and experiential features.
- Support the delivery of publisher showcases and partner stages on-site.
- Play a hands-on supporting role in execution by directly coordinating specialized experiential vendors, hardware contractors, arcade technicians, and freelance tournament runners.
- Assist Event Operations and Broadcast on-site with rapid, practical adjustments on the floor, troubleshooting competitive setup issues.
