Responsibilities
- Lead the Business
- Set and execute the strategic direction for WSP Digital in Australia.
- Own business performance, including revenue, profitability, growth and investment priorities.
- Build a sustainable pipeline of opportunities across Digital Advisory, Data & AI, Digital Engineering, Software Services and Technology Consulting.
- Drive Client Growth
- Develop executive-level relationships with key clients and partners.
- Lead major pursuits, proposals and market-facing initiatives.
- Expand WSP's reputation as a trusted, innovative digital partner.
- Inspire High Performance
- Lead and develop a team of digital leaders and specialists.
- Create an inclusive, collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Build future capability through mentoring, talent development and strategic recruitment.
- Shape the Future
- Represent Australia in the development of WSP's Global Digital Strategy.
- Connect capability, resources and innovation opportunities across the region.
- Bring global expertise and best practice to local market opportunities.
Requirements
- Significant executive leadership experience within digital consulting, technology or professional services.
- Proven ownership of a P&L and responsibility for business growth and performance.
- A strong track record of winning work, developing client relationships and leading major pursuits.
- Experience building and scaling digital businesses, delivery models and operating frameworks.
- The ability to lead across a complex, global and matrixed environment.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
- Credibility and commercial judgement to lead teams delivering digital transformation, cloud, data, cyber and technology-enabled solutions.
