About the Role
Fincons US is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to support enterprise application and digital transformation initiatives. This role involves designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining modern web applications using Python, React, Redux, and AWS, while collaborating with stakeholders and leading offshore development teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Python, React, and Redux.
- Develop robust backend services, APIs, and application logic using Python.
- Build responsive, user-friendly front-end applications using React and Redux.
- Design, deploy, and maintain cloud-based applications and services using AWS.
- Lead and coordinate offshore development teams, providing technical direction, guidance, and oversight.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, designers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, establish development best practices, and help ensure technical quality across distributed teams.
- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support production environments.
- Participate in testing, deployments, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python for backend development.
- Strong experience developing modern web applications using React.
- Hands-on experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-based application development.
- Proven experience leading or managing offshore software development teams.
- Experience coordinating development efforts across onsite and offshore teams.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, deployment, and version control.
- Experience with databases, SQL, and data integration.
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Media & Entertainment industry experience is a plus.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments is preferred.
