About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Revenue Enablement Manager to enhance the effectiveness and productivity of our go-to-market (GTM) organization. This role will focus on AI-powered enablement as a core component, collaborating with GTM leadership, Product, Marketing, and other teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of sales methodologies, excellent communication skills, robust enablement program management experience, and a passion for teaching and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Build structured, comprehensive ramp programs for GTM team members covering sales methodology, product knowledge, GTM tech stack, and sales skills.
- Establish enablement programs for new product launches, GTM process/tech stack changes, and SOP updates.
- Ensure GTM team members are current on market trends and competitive positioning through continuous training.
- Create, deliver, and evangelize high-quality sales tools, templates, playbooks, how-to guides, training videos, and facilitated training sessions.
- Partner with GTM leaders to build structured coaching programs using AI-powered conversation intelligence.
- Manage and optimize revenue enablement tools and technologies, including a revenue resource center, with AI as a driving force.
- Continue to build and grow the AI-powered enablement stack and drive deeper adoption of the enablement platform.
- Own regular communication with the sales organization regarding updates, best practices, and enablement resources.
- Establish metrics and dashboards to track enablement KPIs, driving accountability and providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Identify areas of needed improvement using structured problem-solving approaches to develop recommendations for accelerating growth objectives.
- Partner with commercial and cross-functional stakeholders to implement change.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, and other teams to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, SOPs, and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in revenue enablement in a B2B SaaS company, preferably in cybersecurity.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful revenue enablement programs and initiatives.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, solution selling methodologies, and best practice sales skills and techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret, structure, and convey concepts clearly and actionably across diverse audiences.
- Advanced working knowledge with revenue enablement tools and technologies such as Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Mindtickle, Enterpret, with a demonstrated track record of applying AI-enabled practices to drive measurable results.
- Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and multi-tasking skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Experience enabling indirect/channel sales motions or partner ecosystems.
