In the Private Clients Bank division, Deutsche Bank consolidates its expertise in private customer business, operating under the Deutsche Bank and Postbank brands as the market leader in Germany. This division offers a global network and encompasses the bank's business with affluent clients worldwide, as well as with private clients and small to medium-sized enterprises. The Private Clients Bank provides high-quality financial services, from comprehensive offerings for private clients to supporting demanding entrepreneurs and their families, and solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises in key Eurozone markets. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for customer-focused consulting of clients managed by the team.
  • Independently handle appointments made by yourself and those received from the consulting and call center.
  • Focus on needs-based consulting and sales of banking products (accounts, cards, building savings, deposits) and products for other relevant needs of the personal banking target group (consumer finance, retirement planning, building savings).
  • Optionally advise on simple investment needs.
  • Responsible for the successful implementation of new service processes, particularly certification according to Service DIN, in the branches.
  • Possess own credit competence for personal loans and IDD certification, possibly AnsFuG certification, and consider quality requirements in credit and retirement planning business.
  • Identify customer needs using standardized consulting processes and successfully close deals or routinely refer them to specialists (especially for construction financing).
  • Actively engage customers regarding digital services (e.g., online/mobile banking) and knowledgeably communicate the benefits of the bank's digital features.
  • Continuously develop your expertise in sales, processes, and digitalization.
  • Support customers with transactions, service, and administrative tasks (e.g., by redirecting to self-service terminals).
  • Process all appointments from the consulting center and utilize interactions from branch business and consulting discussions to schedule follow-up appointments.

Requirements

  • Completed training as a bank clerk or a comparable qualification.
  • Sales orientation and good knowledge of the private customer product range.
  • Sound knowledge of products for basic needs.
  • Good skills in appointment scheduling.
  • Proficient in customer consulting with a focus on closing deals.
  • Confident and competent demeanor when interacting with customers.
  • Good sales and communication skills.
