About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator will support project pursuits and marketing/communications programs, requiring strong time management, accountability, flexibility, and a sense of humor. AEC industry experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist and/or coordinate marketing activities for project pursuits and client relationship maintenance, including RFPs/RFQs, interviews, and post-construction surveys.
- Coordinate the organization and formatting of marketing collateral such as resumes, project sheets, and descriptions, ensuring current information and adherence to brand standards.
- Maintain the photo library, photography contractual agreements, and schedule photoshoots.
- Assist with maintaining the integrity of the marketing database and perform necessary reportings or audits.
- Prepare and assemble high-quality custom packages for internal stakeholders in departments like Business Development, HR, IT, Training, and Safety.
- Provide guidance to employees and stakeholders on the appropriate use of marketing tools and systems.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with marketing staff.
- Assist with special projects and events, including employee/client gifts, office announcements, and client events.
Requirements
- Conscientious and flexible with a strong work ethic and team-player attitude.
- Ability to balance diplomacy and persistence.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to proof and edit marketing materials.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively handle multiple requests.
- Must provide a resume.
