About the Role

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will gain hands-on exposure to all aspects of the marketing function, supporting the team in growing, protecting, and evolving the Aero brand. You will assist with non-profit partnerships, execute brand activations, design campaign assets, and manage social media community engagement. A key part of this role is ensuring team synchronization by tracking timelines and project progress.

Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing campaigns, projects, and cross-functional work from initiation to completion, maintaining Asana as the team's source of truth and updating marketing calendars and timelines.
  • Handle daily social media community management, including proactive and reactive engagement, content publishing, scheduling, and responding to comments and direct messages in Aero's brand voice.
  • Track and report on social media and campaign performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, brand awareness, and conversion.
  • Coordinate both on-site and off-site brand activations from planning through execution, collaborating with external vendors and partners, and representing the brand at events, guest experiences, and photoshoots.
  • Assist in managing and executing brand partnerships and advertising opportunities, including vetting partners, tracking timelines, and developing campaign deliverables.
  • Maintain the brand asset library, ensuring logos, templates, photography, and campaign files are organized, correctly versioned, and easily accessible, and cataloging new assets.
  • Design and produce marketing assets for print and digital using Canva, InDesign, and Illustrator, including social graphics, event collateral, presentations, signage, and campaign artwork.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Marketing and Experience teams to ensure consistent brand representation across all physical guest touchpoints.
  • Support marketing operations and administration, including presentation and flyer creation, discount code management, booking coordination, invoicing, shipping, order logistics, and collaborating with other departments for brand alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably with luxury, lifestyle, travel, or hospitality brands.
  • High level of organization and strong project coordination skills.
  • Experience with Asana or a similar project management tool.
  • Proficiency in graphic design, specifically Canva, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Illustrator, with a strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management, including community engagement, native platform tools, and performance reporting.
  • Solid understanding of brand marketing and storytelling in guest-centric environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and tone.
  • Adaptability to a startup environment with shifting priorities and a willingness to take on multiple roles.
