About the Role
This internship offers the opportunity to work on diverse port and coastal assets, utilizing specialized dredging equipment for excavation and transportation of underwater soils. It's a significant infrastructure activity, particularly within the Great Lakes region.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring a safe work environment during all operations and tasks
- Land and hydrographic surveying for construction management purposes
- Dredge production monitoring, analysis, and reporting
- Daily dredge and quality control reporting
- General support of our operations and fellow team members
Requirements
- Seniors in Civil Engineering, Ocean Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management majors are encouraged to apply.

Salary/Compensations
- Base hourly rate varies depending on education and relevant work experience.
- 1.5 times hourly pay for hours worked over 40 hours per week.
- $52 / day meal allowance
