About the Role
This summer internship provides an opportunity to work on port and coastal asset projects using specialized dredging equipment. The internship runs from May to August, starting after final exams, and includes travel, technology, transportation, housing, and a daily meal allowance.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring a safe work environment during all operations and tasks
- Land and hydrographic surveying for construction management purposes
- Dredge production monitoring, analysis, and reporting
- Daily dredge and quality control reporting
- General support of operations and team members
Requirements
- Seniors in Civil Engineering, Ocean Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management majors are encouraged to apply.

Salary/Compensations
- Hourly pay varies based on education and experience
- 1.5 times hourly pay for hours worked over 40 hours per week
