About the Role
Site Engineers are an integral part of GLDD project management teams, deepening ports, repairing shorelines, building islands, and making an impact. This role offers opportunities to acquire skills, add value, be challenged, develop a career, and contribute to environmental protection as part of a successful team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe work environment that is incident and injury-free.
- Utilize state-of-the-art technology to monitor and direct project activities and provide efficient dredging project execution.
- Plan project layouts for a massive fleet of ocean and river-based vessels by maintaining dredge instrumentation and automation.
- Contribute to the company’s profitability through accurate tracking of dredging progress and survey processes.
- Achieve success by delivering quality control excellence on all project sites.
- Travel and work a 2 week on/1week off, Wednesday to Wednesday rotation.
- Obtain a TWIC card.
Requirements

- Must have experience in Civil Engineering, Ocean Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Management Technology, or Mechanical Engineering, or related construction work.
