About the Role

This role is responsible for providing advice and financial solutions to complex Global Commercial Banking clients and prospects within the Technology industry. Key responsibilities include serving as a trusted advisor, acquiring and deepening profitable relationships, and collaborating with teammates and Product Specialists to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manages a portfolio of complex clients and prospects with annual revenues between $50 million and $2 billion.
  • Acquires, deepens, and maintains profitable client relationships through sales and prospecting.
  • Analyzes financial and cash flow statements to assess company financial conditions and industry trends.
  • Collaborates with domestic and international teammates and Product Specialists to deliver financial solutions.
  • Leads client and prospect discussions on industry trends, capital structures, and business issues.
  • Coaches and mentors peers, utilizing leadership skills.
  • Adapts to changes in sales practices and market conditions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Commercial Lending or Investment Banking.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of middle-market clients with revenues greater than $50 million.
  • Proven track record of prospecting new business, enhancing existing relationships, and closing profitable transactions.
  • Professional sales skills and experience, including client meeting planning, execution, and follow-up.
  • Strong corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting acumen.
  • Financial modeling experience and completion of formal credit training are preferred.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability.
  • Ability to organize, facilitate, lead, and negotiate with a team to solve client problems.
  • Must obtain SIE, Series 7 & 63 licenses within 180 days of the start date.
