About the Role
In this seasonal role, you will help create meaningful client moments and build skills in a fast-paced beauty environment. As a Seasonal Associate, you will provide an outstanding client experience by supporting store operations and onstage service during peak business moments, creating a welcoming experience while maintaining a stocked, visually ready store.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service by supporting the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Support daily operations by managing inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
- Foster inclusivity and teamwork by helping promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
- Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and helping create a clean, safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all.
Requirements
- Some experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to efficiently complete job tasks.
- Ability to support outstanding client service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.
