About the Role
Fox Pest Control's Technician Pathway Program focuses on developing leadership skills, pest control expertise, and knowledge through hands-on experience and formal training. This program empowers individuals to grow in their roles and help lead and develop others.
Responsibilities
- Prepare specific materials for each customer's unique needs.
- Communicate arrival and greet customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Perform pest control services with care and thoroughness.
- Provide detailed notes on each service performed and offer recommendations for continued pest protection.
- Travel to the next customer with energy and focus.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Authorized to work in the US.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Able to build positive relationships.
- Able to effectively communicate the value of services to customers.
- Eager to learn how to analyze pest activity, explain it to customers, and take action.
- Able to learn and follow servicing protocols to apply chemical solutions/products.
