About the Role
Lead and scale Eucalyptus's operational footprint in Germany, a key market, by owning systems, processes, and teams to ensure growth without compromising quality, safety, or patient care.
Responsibilities
- Lead an organization of 20+ people across Patient Operations and Clinical Operations.
- Own the end-to-end patient experience across support, medical, and coaching touchpoints, setting SLAs and driving resolution quality.
- Oversee clinical operations performance, ensuring quality and safety scale with growth.
- Manage headcount, capacity planning, and clinical workflows, building scalable processes.
- Own delivery against core operational KPIs, identifying bottlenecks and prioritizing interventions.
- Build rituals, reporting cadences, and stakeholder communication to drive focus and accountability.
- Use data to identify bottlenecks, diagnose root causes, and prioritize high-leverage interventions.
- Design and iterate on operational systems and tooling for scalable growth.
- Act as a senior voice in cross-functional decisions, representing operations in product, commercial, and clinical conversations.
Requirements
- 7–12 years in high-growth, operational environments (e.g., healthtech, D2C, marketplace, logistics).
- Directly owned and moved a core KPI.
- Proven track record of scaling operations through significant business growth.
- Hands-on operator comfortable with both detail and strategic conversations.
- Experience leading teams of approximately 10–30 people with a track record of developing high-performers.
- Highly analytical, using data to identify signal and pressure-test assumptions.
- Experienced with operational and clinical tooling (CRM, support platforms, workflow automation, reporting infrastructure).
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage but not a requirement.
