About the Role
Ensure every product meets Four Hands' high standards before it reaches customers by performing detailed inspections and collaborating with team members to resolve product issues. This role directly supports the company's commitment to excellence, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough product inspections, document findings, and capture photos using warehouse management systems on computers and tablets.
- Identify and report product issues, such as splits, cracks, dents, finish flaws, color inconsistencies, material defects, and packaging problems.
- Utilize barcode scanners for accurate inventory management.
- Operate a variety of tools daily, including hand tools, power tools, touch-up materials, and packaging materials.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and, if trained, forklifts or pickers to move products.
- Unpack, rework, and repack products to their original condition as needed.
- Accurately identify items on all paperwork, including customer orders, labels, manifests, packing lists, stock receipts, and bills of lading.
- Assist with unloading and loading containers or trailers as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications.

Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in warehouse/distribution center operations.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Steel-toed boots or shoes are required during work hours.
