About the Role
The Analyst provides analytical support to marketing and sales teams, driving patient acquisition and revenue growth. This role blends data analysis, campaign and pipeline reporting, market research, and process improvement. It is an early-career role where clear reasoning and comfort with data are prioritized over specific background or industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reporting and dashboards for marketing performance and sales activity.
- Analyze campaign and channel performance and translate findings into clear recommendations.
- Track and trend the patient acquisition funnel from first touch through scheduled appointment and treatment.
- Support market and competitive research for new location openings and local market growth plans.
- Surface risks, concerns, and opportunities identified in analysis, and help develop solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing and sales processes and systems; propose changes and communicate strategy.
- Support ad hoc analysis and modeling requests from executive management on tight timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of experience in an analytical role
- Demonstrated aptitude for data analysis and quantitative problem solving
- Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Working knowledge of SQL, or clear evidence you can learn it quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain an analysis to a non-technical audience
- Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools, including prompting, automation, acceleration, and validation of AI output.
- Detail-oriented, able to run multiple projects in parallel
- Self-starter who learns quickly on the job
- Comfortable working within data privacy and governance standards, including appropriate handling of patient information.
