About the Role

AlayaCare is seeking a builder to design, build, ship, and scale AI-enabled workflows and agents that will transform the company's go-to-market motion into a smarter system. This role focuses on creating production systems with measurable outcomes, not just evaluating tools or writing decks about AI's potential.

Responsibilities

  • Find and build the highest-leverage AI opportunities by partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations & Enablement.
  • Design, build, deploy, and scale AI-enabled workflows and agents across the revenue organization.
  • Own a prioritized backlog of AI and automation opportunities, including defining requirements, prototyping, shipping, measuring impact, and iterating.
  • Research, evaluate, and pilot emerging AI technologies, agent-based workflows, and automation platforms.
  • Own the revenue tech stack as a unified, intelligent system by evaluating, optimizing, and managing integrations.
  • Design and document scalable integration logic, workflow architectures, and solution designs.
  • Support GTM operations including lead routing, data enrichment, account prioritization, pipeline management, forecasting, attribution, and revenue intelligence.
  • Define and track clear success metrics for every AI initiative.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to surface actionable insights and demonstrate ROI.
  • Develop documentation, playbooks, and best practice frameworks for non-technical teammates.
  • Apply AI governance principles, human-in-the-loop design, and monitoring practices.

Requirements

  • Designed, built, and shipped AI-enabled workflows that are still running without you.
  • Hands-on fluency with AI automation platforms (e.g., Clay, Zapier, Make, Workato, n8n) integrated with CRM, marketing automation, and customer success tools.
  • Working knowledge of prompt engineering, agent-based workflows, AI orchestration, and emerging approaches like Model Context Protocol (MCP).
  • Ability to manage tools effectively, understand APIs at a working level, and collaborate with technical colleagues.
  • Scripting ability in Python or JavaScript is a bonus.
  • Real time spent inside a revenue organization (RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Enablement, or GTM Operations).
  • Working understanding of how deals move, customers expand, and where friction lives.
  • Experience using data, dashboards, and reporting to identify opportunities, measure impact, and drive decisions.
  • Comfortable working with SQL, BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent), and data infrastructure such as Snowflake.
  • Track record of driving adoption across Sales, Marketing, CS, IT, and Leadership without formal authority.
  • Operates independently, prioritizes competing demands effectively, and delivers in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
