About the Role

True Anomaly seeks a UI designer to join a growing creative team to build technology that secures space. This hands-on visual role involves drawing screens, building components, and extending the design system, working alongside senior designers and the Creative Director.

Responsibilities

  • Design screens, components, and layouts for desktop environments.
  • Extend and maintain a scalable UI design framework, ensuring coherence and support for future content and features.
  • Produce high-fidelity mockups and working prototypes rapidly, iterating quickly.
  • Apply impeccable design and artistic vision to make the product stand out.

Requirements

  • A portfolio showcasing interface work with strong visual craft, particularly dense and complicated screens.
  • Several years of experience designing product UI with a capacity for high-paced work.
  • Familiarity with UX flow and best practices is beneficial.
  • Experience in tech, games, design/creative agencies, or freelance is relevant.
  • Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
  • Motion, 3D, or basic code literacy is a plus.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently, pitching in as part of a lean team.
  • Ownership of work from inception to final execution, with the judgment to seek clarification when needed.
  • Willingness to wear multiple hats and work across different disciplines.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible for necessary U.S. Department of State authorizations due to export regulations.
