Create a sensory oasis within our beauty space and choreograph an experience that lingers in the memory of everyone entering our iconic yellow doors.
Responsibilities
- Greet every guest with warm hospitality and offer a sensorial experience that fosters genuine connections.
- Anticipate guest needs and strive to exceed expectations.
- Welcome feedback openly, presume positive intentions, and maintain a growth-oriented mindset.
- Support and assist with all store operations, policies, and procedures.
- Take initiative by solving problems and putting customer needs first.
- Offer direction, mentorship, and encouragement to colleagues.
- Cultivate a team culture that is both positive and inclusive.
- Collaborate and be varied with communication styles and individual personalities within the team.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and creative problem-solving ability.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a background in a sales-driven environment.
- Mindset focused on customer satisfaction (internal and external customers).
- Interest in skincare, body care and fragrance is beneficial.
- Adaptability and flexibility are recommended.
