About the Role

The Director, Corporate Strategy will lead cross-functional projects, influencing key elements of eBay’s strategy and shaping its strategic direction. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to develop creative solutions for challenging business problems.

Responsibilities

Develop strategies for eBay to differentiate itself in the market, including crafting key initiatives and gaining consensus.
Independently lead cross-functional projects with executive and senior partners.

Support mobilization and implementation of business strategies by working with the eBay line organization.
Develop insightful market intelligence on industry trends and advise on strategic implications.
Drive business judgment, market understanding, problem-solving, and fact-based analysis.
Lead and mentor a strategy team in developing and executing critical initiatives.
Develop storylines and deliver presentations to senior leadership.
Manage resources and deliver end-products in a dynamic environment.
