About the Role
Adobe Intelligence Platform is the foundational AI infrastructure powering agentic experiences across Adobe's product portfolio. This role is pivotal for inventing, embedding, and scaling AI innovation into Adobe’s products, transforming how creators work and create.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive a holistic, full-stack engineering strategy for the Adobe Intelligence Platform.
- Integrate platform components into web, desktop, and mobile surfaces, partnering with global teams.
- Grow the organization by hiring talent, structuring teams, and developing AI leaders.
- Model and drive a new way of working using the latest AI tooling.
- Own the technology strategy and define roadmaps for key platform components.
- Set and run the operating rhythm with program and product partners, including planning and prioritization.
- Partner with Research and Design to shape the future of applied AI.
- Partner with Engineering, Program, and Product leaders to understand needs and drive platform adoption.
- Align with Security, Privacy, and Legal colleagues to ensure platform safety and trust.
- Define the adoption strategy and own the outcome for internal partnerships.
Requirements
- 12+ years of engineering experience, including leading engineering organizations through ambiguity and change.
- Direct experience with platform or infrastructure work.
- Working fluency in AI/ML systems (evals, context management, model gateways, etc.).
- Technical depth with agentic frameworks and their operational patterns at scale.
- A track record of building or reshaping an engineering organization.
- Comfortable influencing progress in a shifting technical landscape.
- Strong cross-functional influence to drive platform adoption across global teams.
- Exceptional communication skills to inspire teams and express a compelling vision.
