About the Role
Thales is seeking a Sales Enablement – Application Security Program Manager to equip the global sales organization with the knowledge, resources, and tools needed to effectively sell Application Security products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs that highlight the value proposition of Thales’ Application Security offerings.
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of product knowledge to ensure sales team competency and achievement of sales goals.
- Develop and deliver product enablement materials and training sessions.
- Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams to provide sales resources.
- Create tailored product enablement programs for global, regional, and segment-specific needs.
- Develop field assets including pitch decks, competitive research, and product knowledge.
- Measure program impact using reporting tools to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
Requirements
- Possess 8+ combined years in sales enablement or product enablement with a proven track record of creating impactful seller enablement programs.
- Demonstrate proven success in managing relationships with key stakeholders across various departments.
- Exhibit strong program management experience in product enablement with success in running multiple programs concurrently.
- Possess excellent communication skills with a history of successful cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrate a desire to learn, build, and educate, staying current with industry trends.
- Exhibit strong presentation skills with experience facilitating in-person and VILT sessions at scale.
