About the Role
The Estate Planning team is part of our Wealth Solutions group, dedicated to providing and implementing planning strategies for high-net-worth clients. This remote role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team environment and shape the financial lives of clients.
Responsibilities
- Meet with wealth advisors, financial planners, and other wealth management professionals to review, fund, and maintain estate plans.
- Learn advanced planning strategies.
- Build a book of ultra-high-net-worth clients.
- Review and summarize existing estate planning documents, making recommendations for changes based on legal and family circumstances.
- Answer general estate planning questions from clients and advisor teams.
- Serve as an in-house resource for estate planning to wealth management teams nationwide.
- Stay current with estate, trust, and tax legislation.
- Support business development through presentations, thought leadership publications, and prospective client meetings.
- Mentor and coach Estate Planning Strategists.
- Manage a service specialist, overseeing day-to-day tasks, training, calendars, time management, coaching, and mentoring.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD).
- Licensed to practice law in at least one state.
- Ability to interpret and convey complex estate planning topics to Wealth Management teams and clients.
- 4-8 years of legal experience in estate planning preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.

- $130,000—$150,000 USD
- Eligible to earn incentive compensation
