Responsibilities

Ensure completion of all cleaning responsibilities.
Maintain safety, cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of guest rooms, corridors, housekeeping linen and storage closets, and public areas.
Take initiative to resolve guest complaints and create loyalty.
Communicate with team members and management to ensure guests' needs are met.

Requirements

Must have open availability.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Flexibility with work days and hours.
Previous experience providing service to others preferred.
Ability to communicate fluently in English both verbally and through legible writing.
Ability to multi-task while ensuring attention to detail.
