About the Role
Dragonfly Cares is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT) for full-time, school-based positions. In this role, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to students on the autism spectrum within a school setting, working closely with supervising BCBAs and school staff to implement individualized BIPs, support skill development, and help students succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy and behavioral support under BCBA supervision throughout the school day
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans aligned with each student's learning goals
- Collect and record accurate data on student behavior and progress
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors
- Maintain detailed, professional documentation that meets school and agency standards
- Participate in supervision and ongoing trainings to strengthen clinical skills

Experience Level

- Previous school-based or special education experience (preferred)
- Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental delays, is a plus

- Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field (preferred, not required)
Salary/Compensations
- $23-26 per hour
