About the Role

As an Account Coordinator, you will own the operational engine of the campaign lifecycle, supporting everything from pre-sale planning to post-campaign reporting across various campaign types. You will be embedded in a client-facing pod, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and stakeholders are informed.

Responsibilities

  • Support proposal development.
  • Manage campaign launches.
  • Troubleshoot trafficking issues.
  • Support wrap report creation.
  • Verify plan details against signed IO terms.
  • Own billing case submission and communications with offshore partners.
  • Confirm systems and contract match before an opportunity moves forward.
  • Own closing out cases.
  • Configure programmatic deals, including SSP, seat ID, and demand system setup for Programmatic Guaranteed.
  • Manage flight creation, deal ID requests, and deal delivery to the client for PMP.
  • Build launch cases and verify flight accuracy.
  • Map and QA tags and measurement details.
  • Drive all open items to closure to ensure campaigns launch on schedule.
  • Manage creative asset intake and delivery through project management and creative trafficking tools.
  • Verify creative specs and ensure correct mapping before launch.
  • Facilitate communication between offshore partners, Ad Operations, Billing, Measurement, Inventory, Brand Activation, and clients.
  • Confirm campaign launches with clients.
  • Troubleshoot tag and delivery issues.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Support performance reporting and wrap deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, flighting, and opportunity data across core platforms.
  • Utilize AI tools daily to reduce manual work and error in QA'ing setups, drafting communications, summarizing performance, and automating reporting and case management.
  • Over time, take on pre-sale work including avails pulls, inventory checks, targeting and audience segment creation, and campaign flighting and line item creation.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in digital media, account management, campaign management, or a client-facing operations role.
  • Demonstrated ability to own workstreams end to end in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and close loops without constant follow-up.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and resourceful mindset.
  • Comfort working across multiple campaign types and deal structures.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Eagerness to build deep expertise in programmatic advertising, media planning, the full campaign lifecycle, and the streaming ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce, Asana, or Airtable is a plus.
